This oil burner is as sturdy as they come. It’s also bigger than the average burner – so if you’re a size queen, your tail will be wagging when you hold this hefty piece in your paw. Low cost, high quality. There’s no good reason to not own this beauty.

Not only is this pipe big, beautiful, and curvy (like me), it happens to do tricks while you use it. The color of the glass changes to a darker, more umber shade than its pale yellow color at room temperature. I love the large size of the bowl, because it allows me to swirl and spin the melted goodness around a larger surface area, helping to reduce the chances of burning or scorching the contents by letting them remain stationary and continue to absorb heat from the thick glass of the bowl until it cools.

This piece is made of high quality glass…so far, it’s been virtually indestructible. Anyone who sees it makes a comment on it, so it makes for a great icebreaker. Simple to clean, easy to load … Just be careful to add enough, not to burn your puddle(s)!

There seems to be 2 slightly different versions from the 3 that I bought. 2 of them look like the image while the other was more symmetrical, for lack of a better word, thicker and slightly smaller. I preferred the second but a crack appeared right on the bottom after a couple of weeks. Either I’m using them wrong, torching the scraps after cleaning with q-tips, or the quality is not consistent as this isn’t the first time one of the pipes I got here broke on me for no apparent reason.

Love this peice. It’s a good conversation starter meeting new people and very well made strong glass. And I believe the end is fumed cuz ot changes awesome colors highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed using this piece, but I have tiny hands, so it was awkward for me personally. Regardless, it is thick and sturdy, and the color changing design is pretty neat.
