Shipping & Handling

1. Ssmokeshop will fulfill all orders within 24 hours unless notified otherwise.

2. All orders will get free shipping in the U.S. when the order is $100.00 and over. Otherwise, we only charge $7.99 for USPS first-class mail and $12.99 for USPS priority mail.
Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 days in transit, however, it’s not guaranteed and can take longer.

3. All packages will be safely packaged for shipping. Our staff is trained to handle all products with the utmost care possible. Glassware will be double-checked and given extra protection with bubble wrap before going out for final delivery.

4. Please report all damages (if any) to Ssmokeshop within 3 business days of the delivery date.

5. Please be informed that all persons signing for packages must be over the age of 21.

6. Ssmokeshop does not charge any handling fees.

7. All orders are sent in plain packaging. discreetly and securely packaged.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your items, however, If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ssmokeshop.

Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Ssmokeshop by e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Ssmokeshop will be sent back at your cost.

Damaged items

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, we request that you email us with a picture of the damage before any further action is taken. A picture of the invoice and packaging will also be required.

Once we have received the required picture(s) and examined them, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped. You may be required to send the item(s) back using the return slip provided. Return postage costs will be refunded

Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

Defective Items.

If your item(s) has developed a fault during use, firstly, check the instructions manual for the product which should assist you. You can usually find troubleshooting and Warranty information there.

If you require any further information or details on how to obtain a replacement, you may find it helpful to contact the manufacturer directly. Their details will be provided in the warranty manual which is included with the product.

However, if the problem has not been resolved after contacting the manufacturer or you can not find the manufacturer, please contact customer service for more information about receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund.

Incorrect items received:

While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself. we request that you email us with a picture of the item before any further action is taken. If you would like to exchange your items for the different variant or receive a refund/store credit, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and you will be held responsible for the return postage of the goods.

Please detail which items you would like as replacements on the returns slip. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. A refund will be issued for any costs owed to you.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

If you have returned an item for a refund, this will be processed by Ssmokeshop within 7 days from the day we have received your return. Please note, this is provided that the product returned has met within our returns policy.

We will usually refund you using the same method initially used by you to pay for your order. You may be contacted for further payment information for some payment methods.

It might take 3+ days to get the product, but with the prices you can (almost always) get 2 for the price of what one of the same product would cost in a local shop.
