3/5 star simply because it broke not even 24 hours of receiving it. However what little use we did get out of it was smooth and the customer service was 10/10! We bought two more and now waiting for those any day now.

This is the best I have found so far and I have shopped and purchased multiple items from multiple locations. I love that there are no rubber rings to deal with and also no loose parts to fall off or get stolen. The glass is high quality and the entire device is sturdy and well constructed. I would definitely recommend this item.
