Well not sure what the purpose of the liquid is but looks cool. It just makes it heavy is all I’ve figured out. Worth it for the case at least.

I believe the liquid within should be such that it can be frozen, resulting in a smooth, cooled smoke vapors.

You may put it in a refrigerator to cool down a little, but do NOT freeze it.
