The 1st was through different company, so was really hoping to have better luck. Never got to load the 1st bowl. Small crack became apparent before I could even get it into the bubbler. Glass so thin it felt and sounded like plastic. Needless to say, complete waist of money. The 1st didn’t fare much better pushed a piece of the glass out the bottom after 2nd bowl. Horrible product. Not blame on this site, have had absolutely no problems with them and will continue to do business with them.
