Contacted customer service and after a few brief emails I was sent a replacement (without charge) that was shipped promptly and arrived in 2 days. Increased to 5 stars due to dependable customer service and well-functioning item.

Second order with this company and I’m pleased with the selection, price point, and shipping speed. Unfortunately the bowl was broken upon arrival. I had more than one piece in this shipment and this was the only item damaged. The piece does look cool and looks like it would have worked great
